JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b) (a) 26 of Arms Act. The petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2017 with allegation that one loaded country made pistol was recovered from his possession. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances , let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge within a month of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No. 445 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61464 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
