The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that both the parties are next door neighbour and gotia. There is case and counter case in between the parties for the land dispute. Further submission is that in the said dispute, both the parties have sustained injuries, which are simple in nature.

No.252 of 2017 (4) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge-III-cum-A.C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
