JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 11-03-2026 This Court has taken note of the fact that the cases which were earlier part of the Ex-AG, Mr. Lalit Kishore, it is not clear from the cause list where the cases have been transferred as no second name is there.

2. This happened yesterday also and has become problem in disposal of the contempt matters relating to the said office.

3. Let a copy be sent to the office of the learned Advocate General for his perusal and needful.

4. Heard the parties.

5. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for intentionally, willfully and deliberately non-compliance of the order dated 25.07.2019 passed by the Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 512 of 2019."

6. A show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 to 5 is on record and this Court has perused the order passed by the I.G., Prison, Bihar, Patna communicated vide memo no.3137 dated 08.04.2021 by which the claim of the petitioners have been negated.

7. Having convinced that the order stands complied, granting liberty to agitate the matter if they so want, the MJC No. 238 of 2021 is disposed of.
