JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-09-2018 Heard Mr. Jitendra Kumar Roy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. Mr. Roy submitted that on account of cloud over the validity of the recognition of the institution from which the petitioner obtained teachers training the respondents were not issuing appointment letter.

Mr. Roy submitted that after issuance of the notification dated 16.07.2018 contained in Annexure-12 the cloud is now over and as such the respondents are required to take appropriate decision in the matter of appointment and joining of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19028 of 2014(3) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 The writ petition, in the peculiar facts and circumstances, is disposed of with the observation that in case the respondents have not taken any decision on account of the controversy as to the validity of the recognition of the institution, the respondents are required to take action in accordance with law after issuance of the notification dated 16.07.2018 expeditiously. I direct accordingly. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
