2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2025, dated 10.01.2025, lodged under Section 310(4), 310(5), 111(2)(b), 111(3) and 111(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as "BNS, 2023") and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending before the Court of A.C.J.M., Ist, Madhubani.
3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against eight named accused persons, including the present petitioner, alleging that the police apprehended some criminals who disclosed that a meeting was being held for the purpose of the crime, and the petitioner had fled from the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel further submits that the petitioner's name has figured in this case due to political rivalry, as the petitioner's mother is presently the ward member of the panchayat. Counsel further submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is not clean, as four criminal cases are pending against him.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is not clean.
6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Aman Kumar/- U T
