2. Today, Mr. Satyam Shivam Sundram, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit.

3. From supplementary affidavit, it appears that the case of the petitioner for approval of the University was considered and the University has accorded the approval to the appointment of the petitioner and, therefore, the grievance so far as approval of the services of the petitioner is concerned has now become infructuous as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

4. From the supplementary affidavit as well as stand of the University, it appears that the University has requested the State Government for allocation of necessary fund and the matter is pending at the level of the State Government.

5. In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the State Government to take steps for release of appropriate fund for payment of the legitimate dues on account of approval of the services of the petitioner. The decision with regard to release of fund must be taken at the earliest so that the dues of the petitioner may be paid.

6. The Court hopes and trusts that necessary decision at the level of the State Government with regard to release of fund must be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
