This application for grant of anticipatory bails arises out of Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 232,366A,372,373,376/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4/5/6/7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 as well as Sections 4/8/12 of the Prevention of Children From Sexual Offences Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent inasmuch as he is alleged to have committed offence under various sections of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and similar provisions of the Indian Penal Code earlier also, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail.

This application is rejected.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised, If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of the present anticipatory bail application by this Court.
