2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 109, 117(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and there is no specific allegation levelled against him of killing the deceased. He further submits that the petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence and the specific allegation is against other co-accused.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2026.
