This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.18 of 2023, registered for offences under Sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to surrender before the learned trial

No.45833 of 2023(2) dt.06-09-2023 2/2 Court, within a period of four weeks from today and avail the privilege of regular bail, nonetheless, seeks a direction upon the learned trial Court to consider and dispose off the petition, to be filed by petitioners, for grant of regular bail on the very same day.
