Perused the report at flag 'A'. It appears from perusal of the report, submitted by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, that only two official witnesses have remained to be examined in course of trial and steps have already been taken to obtain appearance of the official witnesses.

The next date fixed is tomorrow.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage because the trial itself is likely to be concluded very soon. The trial court is directed to take all steps to obtain appearance of the official witnesses and in this regard, a direction may also be given to the concerned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58107 of 2017 (4) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 Superintendent of Police, Samastipur to ensure presence of the official witnesses without giving further time. It is expected that the court below shall conclude the trial within next three months by taking up the case on day-to-day basis.

The application is dismissed.
