2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 120 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 305 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft and was caught on the spot.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

No.41282 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai/concerned Court in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 120 of 2025.
