JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-05-2016 Counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the Bank has started paying family pension into the account of the petitioner but the necessary papers authorizing such sanction and details of PPO etc. has not been provided by the Bank authorities. If pension is accruing to the petitioner and is being credited into her account, this cannot be done in absence of authorization by the competent authority. Why the documentation in this regard has not reached the petitioner is not understood and appreciable.

In view of the same, the Court directs the General Manager (P), Department of Personnel, Union Bank of India, respondent no.2, to look into this issue of the matter and sort out the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11798 of 2014 dt.05-05-2016 2/2 grievance left now as noticed above. The exercise must be done within a period of three months from the date of communication and production of a copy of this order.
