He accordingly seeks permission to withdraw this application on his behalf.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52406 of 2015 (2) dt.27-11-2015 2/3 arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.307 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323, 448, 324, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been roped in the present case on account of the fact that there are previous litigations between them and the family of the informant and only to put pressure on them for recalling/withdrawing the same that the present offence has been carved out. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that save and except one another case, which was filed by the family of the informant, the petitioners have no other criminal antecedents.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the nature of allegations made and also a history of litigations, let Petitioner No.1 Trayambkeshwar Paswan @ Tarkeshwar @ Raja Paswan and Petitioner No.3 Md. Mustafa @ Md. Gulab Mustafa, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
