The allegation is that the complainant had given Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner to secure the loan from A.D.B. Branch of the State Bank of India for doing business by his two sons.

Submission is that there is no broker of the Bank. The Court does not find any ground for interfering with the order dated 01.05.2010, passed by learned SDJM, Khagaria in Complaint Case No.293C of 2007, summoning the petitioner to face trial. It is not that the allegations do not disclose any offence.

The quashing application stands dismissed.
