The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner, co-accused Suman Chaurasia, Manish Tiwary and two unknown assaulted the informant and snatched nine thousand rupees and gold chain from the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. For the occurrence of 28.08.2015 at 6.15 P.M. the FIR

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53689 of 2015 (2) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 was registered on 29.08.2015 at 1.00 P.M. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 159 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Siwan.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
