JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 Mr. Mithilesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that there is error in the order dated 18.6.2018 at page 3. The State has no objection if the error is corrected.

It appears that in the oral order dated 18.06.2018 at page 3 instead of "State of Punjab Vs. Jagjit Singh: (2017) 1 SCC 148" it has been inadvertently typed as "Surjit Singh Vs. State of Punjab reported in (2017) 1 SCC". Let it be read as "State of Punjab Vs. Jagjit Singh: (2017) 1 SCC 148". The order dated 18.06.2018 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
