Limited prayer is made by counsel for the petitioners that their representation (Annexures 2 and 3) may be considered by the Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Bhojpur at Arrah (respondent no.3). Petitioners have claimed for their regularization on Grade IV post as they worked as Night guard in the Department since 2010. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' claim, this Court would direct the respondent no.3 to dispose of petitioner's representation within 8(eight)
