The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Amas P.S. Case No.164 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354B, 427 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation as mentioned in the F.I.R., prima facie it appears that it is a case of over implication so far as section 354B of the Indian Penal Code is concerned.

Considering the said aspect, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and in the event of
