JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in light of circular dated 16.3.2006 bearing no. 639 he would be making his representation for regularization before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur (respondent no.3). He submits that he has worked for more than 240 days in between 1989 to 1992 and as such his claim is fit to be considered in light of said circular and as per law declared in case of Ashok Kumar Sharma Vs. The State of Bihar and others, reported in 2016(1) PLJR(HC) 232. The petitioner is at liberty to file a detailed representation within a period of four weeks. If such representation is filed, respondent no.3 shall be obliged to dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months thereof.

The writ petition is disposed of.
