2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 241 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 497, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 302/34 of the IPC was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant has alleged that the petitioner on the pretext of marriage established illicit relationship with her.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the misuse of privilege of bail, the petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2025. The petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41248 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 regular bail is allowed.

6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not already been framed on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Benipatti, Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 241 of 2019
