It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 21.4.2011 passed in CWJC No. 8418 of 2010 has been affirmed up to Apex Court by order dated 26.2.2016 passed in SPL (Civil) No. 32070 of 2016. He submits that as a result of the development subsequent to filing of writ application he would be submitting application for absorption against Grade IV post in the light of the decision of the Apex Court noticed hereinabove. The petitioner submits that he would be filing representation before the respondent No. 4 The Director, Mass Education, Government of Bihar, Patna,
Patna High Court CWJC No.17436 of 2014(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks.
In the event such an application is filed, needless to say that the petitioner's claim should be considered by respondent No. 4 in accordance with law.
