JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-11-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 91 of 2013, registered for offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and others is of snatching Rs. 3,29,000/- from the informant and he has been identified by the crime album kept in police station. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has not bee named in the F.I.R., his name has been dragged in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Further no recovery has been made from possession of the petitioner and he has been in custody since 8.4.2017 and though he is accused in six other cases but he is on bail in all those cases.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56571 of 2017 (2) dt.23-11-2017 Having heard both sides, considering the fact and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation and also the fact that petitioner is accuse in six other cases and most of them are of similar nature as the present one, as such, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, his application for regular bail is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of nine months. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunil/- U T
