The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 367 of 2021 registered under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4, 8 of the POCSO Act and Sections 66(c)(d), 67 of the I.T. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior and oblique motive. Further he submits that in the instant case, First Information Report is lodged after lapse of six months of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
