This appeal is under Section 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the refusal of prayer for bail by the learned 2nd Addl. District & Sessions-Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.141 of 2015 registered under Section 302/34 of the IPC and Section 3(ii)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Allegation against the appellant is suspicion of commission of murder of husband of informant.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the appellant, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3366 of 2017 (2) dt.02-01-2018 2/2 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.141 of 2015 Accordingly, this appeal stands allowed.
