The petitioners, who are father and son between themselves seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Karendey P.S. Case No. 11/2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant. There is a counter version of the occurrence also which has been lodged by the daughter of petitioner no. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has been
