Petitioner is an accused in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 294 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 307, 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the India Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act was added Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 12.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32235 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2019.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is no fresh ground to enlarge the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2644 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 petitioner on bail.

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
