2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for a direction to the Respondents to remove the garbage center from Khata No. 85, plot No. 468 measuring 7 decimals at Mauza-Bhitiharawa Ashram under the BlockGaunaha, District West Champaran.

3. The petitioner has approached the Collector, West Champaran for redressal of his grievances vide his application dated 10.04.2023.

4. In view of the above, the Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and in accordance with the Scheme namely Lohia Swaach Bihar Abhiyan within one month of communication of this order after hearing the petitioner.

5. The Construction of the garbage centre shall remain stayed till the disposal of the representation of the petitioner by the District Magistrate.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith.
