JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the IPC.

Earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12435 of 2014. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that subsequent to rejection of earlier bail application, final form was submitted and petitioners were not sent up for trial. Moreover, during trial of co-accused, the victim has not supported the accusation and has been declared hostile.

The aforesaid facts may be ground for consideration of regular bail if the petitioners surrender within a period of six

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56412 of 2015 (2) dt.11-12-2015 2/2 weeks in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 169 of 2013 pending in the court of learned CJM, Purnea.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
