Petitioner seeks bail in Bikram P.S. Case No. 202 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of torturing the Informant due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry and also set her ablaze by pouring kerosene oil on her along with FIR named accused.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is Father-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against him. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.08.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner would be released on bail if his son

No.62442 of 2018(3) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 surrenders before the court below upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-6, Danapur, in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 202 of 2016, with following conditions:- (1)Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be represented on each and every date fixed by the court.

(3) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
