Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The looted tractor was recovered from possession of co-accused-Kaushal Yadav. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner was earlier refused bail on 06.03.2018 only for the reason of his criminal antecedent.
