Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is father-in-law of the victim of dowry death.

Earlier this Court had refused prayer for bail to the petitioner on 27.03.2017 in Cr.Misc.No.52421/2016 with liberty to the petitioner to renew the prayer for bail before the court below itself on completion of one year of custody. The impugned order whereby the prayer for bail was rejected by the trial court would reveal that the parties have filed compromise

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50925 of 2017 (2) dt.01-11-2017 petition and the trial has not progressed at all. In the circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No. 1033 of 2017 (Arising out of Muffasil P.S.Case No.334/2016) , subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
