Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant alleged that when his motorcycle was parked in N.M.C.H. premises some unknown miscreants had stolen his motorcycle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He is not named in FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case only on the basis of confession of co-accused Shiv

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63315 of 2018(3) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 Samrat and except confession there is nothing against the petitioner. He is in custody since 03.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Patna-city in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018.
