2. Specific prayer has been made in the writ petition for grant of 1st ACP and 2nd ACP in the pay scale of Rs. 5000-8000/ and 55009000/- respectively.

3. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent State. Specific averments have been made that the said benefits have already been given to the writ petitioner under order of the District Magistrate, Arwal dated 23.06.2012.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that monetary benefits have not been received by the petitioner.

5. Without going into the merits of the said dispute, this Court would only observe that if the monetary benefits have not been extended to the petitioner, the respondent no. 5 will ensure that the monetary benefits on account of grant of benefits under ACP are made available to the petitioner within a period of three months from today.

6. Writ petition is disposed off.
