2. The Superintendent of Police, Patna (East) and the Investigating Officer of the case in compliance of the order dated 22.08.2024 are present in the Court.

3. The Superintendent of Police, Patna (East) submits that petitioner has not approached this Court with clean hand. It is next submitted that from pleading made at para-3, it would manifest that the petitioner has pleaded that he has antecedent of one case only i.e. Danapur P.S. Case No.274 of 2018, when he has antecedent of two more cases i.e. Nadi P.S. Case No.73 of 2017 and Didarganj P.S. Case No.197 of 2018, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, IIIrd, Patna City.

7. The personal appearance of the Superintendent of Police, Patna (East) and the Investigating Officer of the case is dispensed with.
