Despite repeated calls and pass over, none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner. We notice that the matter is an old one, filed in the year 2010 and the issue relates to the period much prior thereto. We also notice that no interim order stands passed. Learned counsel for the State states that with the passage of time, the present petition has become infructuous and perhaps it is for this reason, petitioner is not interested to pursue the petition.
As such, we dispose of the petition, reserving liberty to the petitioners to agitate the surviving grievances, if any, before the appropriate authority or forum in accordance with law on the same and subsequent cause of action, if so required and desired.
Interlocutory application, if any, shall stand disposed of.
