This civil review petition is filed for reviewing the order dated 02.08.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.2439 of 2012. It appears that this court vide order dated 02.08.2012 directed the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur, Siwan to consider the request of the petitioner to first demarcate the lands of the

No.212 of 2014 (5) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 Madarsa and thereafter remove the encroachment made on the lands of Madarsa by Respondent No.8, as early as possible, in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It appears that the Circle Officer was directed to demarcate the lands of Madarsa. If the petitioner has got any objection with regard to demarcation of lands, the petitioner may file representation before the Circle Officer that he is owner of the land.

Taking into consideration the facts, I find no ground to review the order dated 02.08.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.2439 of 2012.

Accordingly, this Review petition is dismissed with aforesaid observation.
