JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That instant writ application is being filed keeping in view to protect interest of large scale unsuccessful students who have been deprived from being selected due to large scale paper leak as well as due to wrong award of grace marks and thus prays that National Entrancecum- Eligibility Test (NEET) Exam held in 2024 for the under graduate (UG) Medical courses be cancelled and a fair enquiry may be directed to be held by central bureau of investigation in to the conduct of National Testing Agency N.T.A. and further be pleased to direct for holding fresh Examination in the larger interest of Justice."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in similar matters. Hence, it is prayed that the present writ petition be disposed off.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
