The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/ 148/149/341/342/323/324/325/307/s504/506/ of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner had not been sent up for trial as the final form was submitted showing that the case against him was not true. Subsequently, the learned Magistrate vide order dated 18.06.2016 had taken cognizance of the offence as also against the petitioner. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal history, let the petitioner

No.45892 of 2016 (2) dt.28-10-2016 P2/2 abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 169/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
