The petitioner filed this petition for modification of order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.67159 of 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner fell ill and he was under treatment in AIIMS, New Delhi, therefore, the petitioner could not surrender in time and thereafter there was a lock-down due to outbreak of COVID-19. Having considered the submissions, the period for surrender of the petitioner is extended by four weeks from today. Accordingly, the modification petition is allowed.
