2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 03.01.2024 at about 9-10 P.M., the informant parked his motorcycle at his verandah. While the informant woke up in the morning, he found his motorcycle missing from there.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. He has further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent of

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, as well as period of incarceration, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) Before accepting the bail bond of the petitioner, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if, he is found to be involved in any other case except Biraul P.S.
