The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act. Twenty litres country made liquor were recovered from the open Dalan of the house of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent and the recovery has been made from the joint family house.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53597 of 2015 (2) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada in connection with Kashichak P.S.
