The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the allegation, there was demand of motorcycle and due to non-fulfilment of the demand, the daughter of the informant, who was married to Anand Yadav, was killed. It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that allegation is general and omnibus in nature. The husband, Anand Yadav is already in jail. It is further contended that the petitioner no.1 is 'Gotni' and petitioner no.2 is father-in-law of the deceased.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Chhabilapur P.S. Case No.28 of 2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
