Petitioner seeks bail in Sikarhatta P.S. Case No.28 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 467, 468, 471 Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that petitioner got job on the basis of forged matriculation certificate. The informant had earlier filed complaint before the Public Grievance Cell, which was rejected. Thereafter, appeal was filed by the informant. In the appeal, it was ordered to institute First Information Report against the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has lost his job and he has been involved in the criminal case also. Petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Sikarhatta P.S. Case No.28 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
