JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alouli P.S. Case No.385 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner along with 14 others indiscriminately fired causing injury to the husband of the informant as a result of which he died instantaneously and the postmortem examination report suggests that the deceased had sustained eight wound of entry and eight wound of exit, I am not inclined to grant him bail.
