2. In compliance with order dated 08.04.2024 passed in CWJC No.19922 of 2011, which was passed on the basis of information given on behalf of the Accountant General that a short adjournment be given to him so that he can inform this Court as to whether the authority slip has been issued, today
Patna High Court CWJC No.19922 of 2011(13) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General (Bihar) informs that already authority slip has been issued in favour of the petitioners and the District Treasury Officer, Gaya has also been informed to credit the entire amount of life time arrears to be distributed equally as per the list of the family members of the petitioners.
3. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, the Treasury Officer, Gaya is directed to contact personally each and every member of the family, as mentioned in the affidavit, and ensure to make payment of their respective share within a period of two months from the date of passing of this order, failing which the petitioners may take legal action against the Treasury Officer, Gaya for delay in the matters.
4. The order has been passed in the open Court. The learned counsel for the State is required to forthwith communicate the order to the Treasury Officer, Gaya even before pronouncement of the order.
5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
