2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 385, 386, 387, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 230 of 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and the accusations are by far general and omnibus in nature.
4. Learned APP on the basis of case diary opposes the anticipatory bail petition submitting that the petitioners have been declared absconder and processes under Sections 82 and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63254 of 2018(3) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 83 of the Cr. P.C. have been executed.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged and also considering that the petitioners have been declared absconder, the petitioners having failed to disclose any immediate apprehension of arrest more than two years after institution of the F.I.R. as well as the criminal antecedents of similar nature of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
