Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of occurrence of theft is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2017. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been put on T.I.Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58458 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bahadurganj Police Station Case No.173 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
