A show cause is filed today on behalf of the opposite party no. 6 in which it is stated that the order dated 16.10.2015 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 9260 of 2015 has already been complied with and as soon as the said order was received by the opposite parties they took steps to ensure its compliance by not allowing any further deduction in the 10th bill and made refund of the amounts deducted under the 9th bill. The aforesaid facts are accepted as correct by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed.
