The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 104 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the general bogey of the train kept in four bags beside the seat of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 13.07.2017.

No.53505 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with G.R.P. Patna P.S. Case No. 376 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
