The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of robbing the mobile of the informant. The name of petitioner sprang up on the confession of the apprehended co-accused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no recovery has been made from the petitioner and the petitioner was on inimical term with the apprehended coaccused, who named the petitioner. Moreover, a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.374 of 2014, pending before the learned ACJM, IV-Gaya.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
